Honestly, Gus just wanted a guy to do the bitch work in game prep that he can walk all over. If AU continues to do well, Lashlee will parlay it into a HC position eventually and it will work for both.
350k$ is actually not a heck of a lot. Only reason he gets paid that much is because Craig is getting paid that much. Wouldn't be good if DCraig was making more than our OC
