Aubbie: What's the deal with your OC Rhett Lashlee?

Does he even playcall? Seriously what the frick does this guy do?
We all know it started when he was Malzon's boy wonder QB back in their high school days a couple of years ago. The two have been joined at the hip ever since. But let's be honest, they've had a few bumps along the way.
I believe I read that Rhett admitted his "most regrettable mistake in life was splitting up with Gus."
But behold, the flame has been rekindled and as far as I can tell, your "university" is forking over $350,000/yr to Gus' tart for providing emotional support and jumping on photoshop at the library to create these visual abortions (Rhett's sole responsibilty at AU, story here):
So with that said, are any of you willing to take your head out of the sand long enough to provide us with a little insight on this 'situation?'
