Not sure why that sites says 33 points per game but we have scored 331 points through 9 games...that is 36.78 a game. NOt sure where that site gets its math skills from.

Me either. You are correct Auburn 28th. Bama is 10. CLEARLY this game is a toss up

Outside of having to throw in a monsoon for a half against LSU he has done very well passing the ball, especially in clutch time.

A monsoon?!? With every game Auburn wins the weather conditions in Tiger Stadium that night get worse. By the end of the season y'all are going to be saying the LSU game was played during a Cat 5 hurricane.

I wouldn't say I'm a non-believer but I think our inability to throw consistently, our inability to stop power run games, and an average secondary is what will keep us from beating an elite team like bama.

By giving counter-arguments? I'm sure you wouldn't defend UA with one, amiright?

To pretend that statistically Auburn has no weakness is just laughable. I'm sorry you have the 8th best Rushing Defense in the SEC. That is not good against a power run team like Bama. Bama is going to run the ball all over Auburn.

We are thin at LB.

Time will tell how good our guys are. LOTS of people can only remember last year. Everybody thinks bama will roll our guys. They just don't know their history very well. The IB is ALWAYS a toss up. That game being at home, in front of our crowd with a chance for everything being on the line, as far as the West goes............

Did I say they didn't? Nice job throwing shite against the wall. I was speaking specifically of red zone scoring, and pointing to the LSU game not being predicative of how AU will fare in the red zone against UA due to the 5 man front BS.

AU will give up a ton of yards, but the scoring D is still good enough for 3rd best in the conference. The last time I checked, that is the only stat that matters.

Accoring to LINK, we're 6th by about the same margin. Not sure which is right. I'm assuming you're using cfbstats

28th and 10th is a marginal difference, at best.

Gotta give respect to the most serviceable QB Auburn has ever had.

No it isn't. It's true that when Auburn wins it is usually close (I don't think Auburn has won by more than 10 since 1969 or something like that), but there have been quite a few blowouts going the other way. Also the favorite usually wins this game just as much if not more than any other games.
