He is trouble everywhere he goes. He'll need to clean up his act if he ever plans on playing in the NFL.

I think he's been arrested in Jonesboro a couple times, right?

I don't know but this news is no surprise in my eyes. No way should ANYONE get a waiver if you leave a school that you are indefinitely suspended from. I personally don't even think you should be able to go play D2 or JUCO until your original school releases you from suspension or at least pass it on to the NCAA for them to pass a length to the suspension.
