Guice>Michel

Maybe. Maybe not. Both are very good backs. But I forgot that LSU has the best running backs, receivers, OL, DL, LB and secondary. They have the best coaches, facilities, stadium and fans in the United States.

You guys amaze me.

Guice will only need 8-10 carries and that's not including the catches he'll make out the backfield and screens

The discussion and argument is if Guice will be a top 30 back. If he gets 1285 yards (The yards the #30 RB in the country got last year) next year with 120 carries (10 carries a game for 12 games)then he is an animal. He will have 128 rushing yards a game.

"Kamara is way too low on this list. He just got a 3rd round draft grade, and he's 39 overall. Something isn't adding up."

Yes. Tennessee has the two best RBs in the country.

And Hurd is alot stronger than Chubb and will weigh in at about 248-250 pounds. Y'all will see this fall. Chubb was good but will probably not be the same. No way his knee allows him to be as strong as Hurd and Fournette is great, but I wouldn't trade Hurd for him. I saw Bama shut down Fournette, they can't do that to Hurd and Jamara.

No. If there is one thing I can agree with LSU fans on is that Fournette and Guice is better than Hurd and Kamara.

I'd be willing to bet Chubb has a lot more core strength than Hurd. Hurd is much more lean. Chubb is a bowling ball at 5'10" 220. Hurd is 6 inches taller but only weighs 20 pounds more.

knee injuries are not what they were 20 years ago. plenty of guys come back and see no effect

well, then you're dumb and/or ignorant

there is not a single thing hurd does better than fournette except pass block

Hes better between the tackles, his better at running with a worst OL, and he sees the field better. Fornette is great but wouldn't look as good with the Tennessee OL.

Fournette is much faster and is a homerun type of back like Henry, Hurd is fast just not as fast as Fornette.

You were already off the deep end, but now you've dropped yourself firmly into the center of the ocean.

Or you're an alter. Probably the latter. 90% chance Ole Miss fan.

Who's better? Seriously? It's not off the deep end. Why are y'all so negative? They are at least the 2 best in the SEC.

I think they would be starters on most NFL teams at the moment.

Fournette had most broken tackles in college football last year. He's not looking to bust it to the outside. Practically every long run he had was in between the tackles.

except most of fournette's long runs are between the tackles and he led the nation in broken tackles last year. but yeah, he just bounces it outside all the time. And Hurd is not fast. That's the biggest knock on him as a player. He does not have great lateral quickness and does not have breakaway speed. Hurd is a good player but he's not even in the same ballpark as Fournette and Chubb

Surely you can't be this dumb??

Chubb/Michel and Fournette/Guice are MUCH better than that combo.

Also Chubb's strength>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Hurd's strength. If you think different go look at Chubb's numbers.

False. If anything, I think Miles uses a more balanced running game unless they really need Fournette to take over.

More balanced does not mean equal carries......

It could be the 31 carries per game the two split last season goes to 20 and 11 rather than 26 and 5. That would be "more balanced", just like he said.

So, again, no one is trying to claim they are going to split carries evenly.
