The UGA offense vs. LSU defense is a mismatch. Especially the UGA downhill running game against the LSU LBs and the passing game against the green secondary of LSU

TE from what I've watched, and QB who can be damn near Elite if he a.) didn't play for Richt, or b.) didn't have his head up his arse. Pick one.

When Murray has a purse in his hands: "it looks damn good with my shoes and tight britches!"

When Mettenberger has a purse in his hands: " it was in the damn way of that girls' arse!"

Nope. QB and RB we still have significan advantages. And depth at WR. You have better WR in two guys, we have 5-6 and will spread the ball around. You MIGHT run for more yards, but if you do it will be because of our defense. And, since LSU hasn't really played anybody yet, we won't know how good Mett is, but based on last season we are MUCH better at QB.

This is not to say we will win. LSU is MUCH better overall on defense. You guys might be right in saying that Mettenberger/Cameron are exactly the tonic LSU needed. I honestly don't know, and if you are honest you can't say you do either. You have not played a legitimate team yet. And you are playing in Athens.

Mettenberger and Murray in the same neighborhood? Based upon what? When Mett puts up 3800 yards and 36 TDs you can say they are in the same neighborhood.

The only Green part of LSU secondary would be Ronald Martin. Why are people saying this. (Collins and Eugene have experience and white is developing rather fricking nicely)

Not significant, no. Slight maybe...

Why? because Mettenberger put up similar numbers to Murray last year? nope.

Because Mettenberger is going lights out against great competition? nope.

He has decent games against sub par opponents and you think he has improved to the level of putting
him in the class of a QB that will hold numerous SEC records.

LSU is good on special teams typically. Very solid. Definite advantage to LSU.

Might or might not play into the outcome.

But, I'm having trouble coming up with an answer to that question. It seems like the positions where Georgia typically has a significant advantage (QB and RB), LSU has talent that is at least in the neighborhood.

Honestly, I'd give LSU the advantage at RB.

I'll take LSU's stable of backs over Gurshall.

I have to say that it makes me feel better to see those predicting a Georgia win pointing to the intangibles.

pretty much all positions. LSU struggled against terrible TCU team.

LSU would beat UT worse than Oregon did.

It's going to be a great game. Either team can win. LSU scares me as much as anybody in the nation. But part of that might be because my brother is a huge LSU fan and he is gonna harrass the daylights out of me if you guys win!

Honestly, I think LSU's offense is better than many believe, but I also believe their defense is not as strong as the recent ones. And I'm not sure why. It's almost eery.

I don't put a lot of stock in any of the games they have played so far. When you play the teams LSU has played players sometimes play without focus. Put a good opponent out in front of them and they perk up and look very, very good. I expect to see lSU perk up and look very, very good.

have you watched any of the games? bad competition or not, he is much improved from last year. we saw him play shite competition last year too. for some strange reason, mett plays better against better competition and we can say the opposite about murray
