Luke is the coach because Freeze got ousted without enough time to make a real hire before the season started. No one expected him to be the real head coach. I hate it for him because you don’t go from interim HC back to OL coach. He either wins enough games to be ??bowl eligible ?? or he loses the job.

Gus and Mac will still be where they are now at the end of the season unless they choose to go coach elsewhere

Eh, Shawn Elliott did. He took over after Spurrier quit, had the team competitive in some close losses, then was the only staff member retained by Muschamp in 2016. It can be done.
