But... if that happened and he said that, how would he have any credibility with anyone at all?

I will be totally shocked if Manziel sits. I will even be more perplexed at the NCAA than I am now.

Dude outright lied and then tried crawfishing out of it. The story is onlt the BIGGEST thing that has been happening for the last month, and he put out misinformation because, bottom line, he's too close to the program and is worried about upsetting the powers that be. I'm not going to pay to be lied to.

A&M is in an interesting position now. Sharp has made his comments that JFF did nothing wrong. The NCAA is still gathering information and A&M doesn't know all that they know. And then there is the Manziel Family basically threatening to blow the whole house of cards if JFF is benched. Does anyone really believe that JFF & family gives 2 shits about the Aggies if A&M were to land on probation after Johnny vacates CS? They are in it for the money. They've made it quite clear.
A&M is gambling that nobody cracks.
Oh and I understand Uncle Nate is going to be meeting with NCAA if he hasn't already.
