Are we talking about the same Mike Shula that's a combined 0-6-1 against LSU as a QB and a HC? Didn't Roman Harper go 1-3 against LSU while at Bama?
That's a combined 1-9-1. Most impressive.

In his defense, we were on probation. Since Alabama got off of probation in 2007, LSU is 3-7 against the Crimson Tide. 2-7 against Alabama at full strength.

Harper would have started for us this year.

Every time I see the name Shula I get the mental image of Prothro breaking his leg in half vs Florida.

Everybody knows Shula is the only reason Carolina has had any success.

Ah yes Roman (MF) Harper. The one thing I am confident in is that when it comes to crunch time and Harper needs to do his part in a prevent defense, he will fold like a cheap suit.
Anybody remember Vernon Davis' big play in the 2011 playoff against San Fran? All he had to do was either hold his ground or commit a holding foul and the Saints get the home field against the Giants and most probably the Super Bowl. It was not the first time he let a guy get behind him in a crunch situation....I suspect he has a few more chokes in him!

What??? Harper did not let Davis get behind him on that 47 yard catch and run? He's a choke artist and a second rate safety.
