I think if you put Richardson on the field with the guys dmac played with he would not have performed as well. He would still be great but Arkansas's o-line was not as good as Bama's.

He never beat UF, but I was damn glad to see him leave too. Little did I know UT would beat us as soon as he left with some no name and win the national title.

If Cam had been a starter for 2-3 years before leaving I think it would have been him for most people in the West, at least.

Unless they play dirty football or never stop running their mouth, I think it is these players who make the game. It would be boring as chit without them. That said, I sure didn't seem to miss Eric Berry when he left.

My sentiments as well.
But for the OP, McFadden - he absolutely ran wild on us in '06 and '07. That's not to say he was better than Trent. I think Chavis just schemed better for Trent than did Pelini for DMac.
As for Tebow, wouldn't mind if he was still playing (less having to stop him). Incredible competitor and everything that's right about football.
