That looks like a practice jersey
Anything that I could find as a generic template on NCAA Football isn't good

Those jerseys he posted were bad. The 2005-2007 Arkansas jerseys were though.

No one liked them in 2005.
Then all the sudden they became the best thing ever in 2006.
The difference? 5-7 vs 10-3

Naa man. I liked y'all's jerseys back then.
I like a more traditional look and always have. It's the SEC way to have a traditional look (Alabama, Auburn, Florida, Georgia, LSU, Ole Miss, Tennessee, Vanderbilt; that's 8 out of the original 10).

The fan base didn't, not in 2005.

With all the changes made to several you just listed, Arkansas' new uniform is just as traditional as 7 of the 8 you listed.

I've always liked the Razorback logo- I think it's one of the very best out there- but I don't get the continuous changing of the uniform designs.

No, coaching changes and uniform supplier changes.
Since we've been in the SEC, We've had 5 different HCs with input on the unis and the supplier went like this Russell (IIRC)80 something - 93, APEX 94-96, Reebok 97-2000, Nike 2001-2004, Adidas 2005-2009, Nike 2010-current.

Absolutely false.
With the exception of Auburn's strangely shortened pants stripe, none of the other seven I mentioned have douchey stripes that go halfway up the leg and stop like the Pigs.
None of the eight programs who I mentioned have douchey fonts on their jerseys, unlike the Pigs.
None of the eight programs I mentioned have douchey numerical fonts, unlike the Pigs.

So you prefer Arena league football jerseys??
Keep that crap out of the SEC

Yeah, I figured that had a lot to do with it...I'm not one of the "Arky Bashers", by trade.
I like the series with Arkansas- always have. I'd like to see you guys land a coach who will bring some stability to the program. it's certainly been a great one, at times. Perhaps things are getting on the right track, now- it certainly doesn't happen overnight....

No but i don't just want a red jersey with numbers

What is traditional about the piping used on these unis?
What is traditional about the font added to the front of the jersey?
Ole Miss has changed the striping on the pants over the years, so it must be a tradition to change the pants for Ole Miss.

That font is Arkansas's font, no other school can use it.
UGA just did the exact same thing changing the font to a font created for and owned by their school.

What a shitty list. Left out some of the best ones (USC, Ohio St., Michigan, Bama, LSU, Auburn, Florida)

The reason for the switch while with Nike is they have been working on a "branding" scheme for Arkansas for a few years now, same font across all programs (UGA and others have done the same) standardizing the color platforms (Our shade of red changed every time we switched providers), etc.
The first Nike unis was a generic template, the second was a template created from their NFL templates, the current change was scheduled, but Bert dialed it back from what Petrino had in mind, apparently.

Nike sure seems to go for the "edgy" look....I've liked some of the Combat setups in the past- but some of them....I dunno...
But there's so much money involved there...I guess I may as well get used to it.

They do have a say in what they provide. Bama's jersey has different shades of red on it due to the materials that are used making it look different, we opted to use white in these areas in the past.
The uniform for next season is pretty bland over all, the problem with going back to our original design is Bama and OU copied us which creates a branding issue league wise and regionally.
LSU would have a similar issue if the Vikings were located in NO back in the 50s-80s until they changed their unis.

First of all, those aren't Vandy's current uniforms.
Second of all, you caught me on the LSU font.
Third, we changed our piping on the pants from [red][blue][red] to [red][blue]. Still, however, the piping is straight and doesn't have that "Conference USA" look to it, like y'all's uniforms do.
Fourth, UGA has the famous "G" logo on the front of their jersey, if I recall.
