Looks the same except they get an interesting texture which gives theirs the edge IMO.

Tier two schools get told what to do by the uniform companies every year or two it seems. Tier one schools stick with classic designs.

Multiple people in this thread, including yourself, have identified those uniforms as the ones McFadden wore. No one else ever gets associated with them.

I personally think of Chumbawumba when I see them.
I would imagine Auburn identifying with the Fred Talley unis more than any other.
