After today's game they will have played 4 games this week so I will be curious to hear who is left for them?

3 games off should be enough rest time for a pitcher, no?

Not many and we aren't gonna burn any arms considering the real season starts next week.

With that said, I hope we frick y'all's eye sockets out tomorrow, regardless of who we start on the bump.

My guess is Barrett Loseke will get the start unless we have to use him today. Hasn't pitched yet. Tacollini, Kostyshock, Lee and Alberius are available out of the pen and will have to piece it together.

I believe at this point its our starting softball pitcher and the guy that sweeps the dugout floors. This sort of situation is exactly why losing two starters before the season was such a concern. If we can continue to have super hot bats we have a slugger's chance but we are pretty light in the tank pitching wise now.

Sorry I thought it was pretty obvious but I was referring to their starters, do they have anybody reliable to go a long time in tomorrow's game?

Joking aside the answer is no. We need someone from the bullpen to have a career day honestly. We were short on pitchers before the season started so it is going to be pitching by committee.

Yea it's always tough in these tournaments if you play anymore than the absolute minimum-- it doesn't take a lot to get spread pretty thin. Tigers have been super fortunate to only have had to play 23 innings so far and be in the championship. I think we start Walker tomorrow who complete game 4 hit shutout Arky back 2 months ago but with yalls super hot bats I expect a lot of scoring tomorrow.

The upside is that despite playing 4 games already, they'll likely have saved 4 innnings of pitching by run-ruling Florida and MSU the last two.

It'd also be nice if Murphy can close this thing out today, and give everyone else the day off.

LSU hasn't used the pen since the first game on Wednesday lol. They are probably getting pretty bored out their it's been so long. Speaking of 7 inning run ruled games, this has to set the record for Hoover I would think?

ETA my bad we used Gilbert in the 7th today because he got suspended on Wed and CPM must have promised him an inning.

I'm glad we get another shot at Walker.

To answer your question about pitchers available, everyone but Knight and Murphy could get in the game.

LSU will be without Lange and Poche. Gilbert may be available by his no-movement 95mph fastball scares me.

Walker: Sunday starter.
Hess
Newman
Beck
Bush
Peterson
Strall

All available.
