honestly I think some Hog posters flame Mizzou and A&M because for so long we were the noobs and got a lot of shite (still do) so finally we have someone else to haze.

Exactly my point so I just don't get why porker cares this much, but whatever to each his own i guess.
Can't wait to start playing y'all each year in football. And yes it might not be a rivalry and likely never will be the fact we have a lot of fans of each school living in close proximity it should make for some heated games. I know I'll be at the bball games this year. I've wanted to get to bud Walton for a game for awhile now

i hope it turns into a heated but respectful rivalry. most of my family and HS friends are Mizzou fans and I've seen firsthand how disgusting the MU/KU rivalry can be

Ya I doubt it'll be like that. I feel like all in all we have a lot more in common with yall than kU fans. They take themselves way too seriously, and I don't really see arky fans as that way. They call themselves "the Harvard on the kaw" for fricks sake. Even though they're always rated lower than as us academically.

I think it is more so because you know that Mizzou will own you in basketball, Texas A&M will own you in football, and LSU will own you in baseball.
