The only people I've seen claim this are Mizzou posters and I haven't seen anyone say why they have come to this conclusion.

Could he win a national title at Arkansas?
Yes.
We are coming out of one of our worst few years in football right now to be honest. It is a matter of recruiting well in Texas, holding the blue chip prospects we generate in state, and building up team depth to get where we want to be.
Arkansas can win a national title in football. For that matter Ole Miss and MSU can too. The Aggies? Sure. Its a question of getting the right talent with the right game plan.
Any SEC team can do it.
I admit... Kentucky and Vanderbilt may have a bit further to go in football. But if they get a coach that stays, builds the program... why not them?

I don't see Bielema going anywhere. I wouldn't blame him if he did, but he seems to have a great relationship with our AD and he fits in well at Arkansas.

Bielema is a great coach and if not another school what are the chances he jumps to the NFL.
He demands good assistant coaching and lets his coaches coach does not seem to be a controlling freak. I like his blocking schemes and the direction his offense goes.
I think the hog program is on the rise and they are also tapping into Louisiana for recruits.
His success at Arkansas winning a national title will boil down to getting recruiting top level talent

Thanks, I think we've got a good coach and if the ball bounces right, we could be in the hunt for a NC now and again.
