We have some fans that will show up, today it's 70 degrees. But February who knows what weather can arise. We have a good out of conference slate which also boost attendance . We will be right behind LSU in attendance for the season.
Wes Johnson has the attention of his staff. He teaches different and the players say they like his style. Power pitching IS his style!

Just keep the Opossum's away from the diamond every game night and y'all should be fine.

I'm interested to see what Wes Johnson does for them. He was a year or two after me in college.
He coached high school near where I grew up so I know a LOT of guys who have played for him and love him. Think he'll make a good head coach someday.

If I'm not mistaken, we've already lost a pitcher that helped last year, for the season.

Let's just get to the bottom line as far as this thread goes ... because it's where you're going eventually anyways.
MSU is a baseball blue blood and heralded nationally as one of the elite programs, feared and respected, greatest fans in the country, best ballpark, yada yada yada.

McKinney to Tommy John surgery
He struggled last couple years after hip injury and playing through it then surgery and having to change mechanics once healthy.
Could come back for next year but it's just as likely he signs with a MLB team to complete his rehab when the draft rolls around
