You guys usually field a good team. Last year you were a little down. What about this year?

We're gonna be good. Probably win the ship this year unless Someone gets lucky against us.

Haven't heard much, but I'm pretty sure no matter what, they'll lose to Missouri.

you can probably just cut and paste the answer from every other team in America's message board

Choose one, or all of the following:

We have some young guys who can really step up and make a difference

Our top pitchers have each added 2-3 MPH to their fastball and also has developed a strong 3rd pitch

Our guys in the middle of the lineup have each put on 10-15lb of muscle and are tearing the cover off the ball in practice.

If all things work out, I can see this team being pretty dangerous and making a deep run in May.

"We are young, but talented. If the right pieces come together and we can put together a solid pitching line-up, we could do some major damage in the post-season".

People will be drinking beer in the outfield.

We'll compare stadium-dicks with LSU all spring.

There.

True dat but unlike some, I know Miss State lost a ton of talent and already we have two pitchers go down and out for the season. So, I know we might struggle pitching unless the juco transfers turn out good enough to compete.

But I do love me some Andy Canizaro. Just saw his press conference yesterday and that guy is unreal. He is going to do things a lot different on offense so hopefully we can at least compete and stay in the top half of the conference by seasons end.

Is that because you finished last in the west last year? Not a flame but, well, yeah it's a flame. You guys are vocal about baseball when you are doing well.

Nice. I don't think you'll finish last again. Not sure that ever happened before but I could be wrong.

I don't think we'll be at the top of the league or anything but I also don't think we'll finish last again. Our pitching staff was really young last year and are pretty much all back (our friday and saturday guys are likely both going to be sophomores). We did just lose Keaton McKinney to Tommy John who had a shot at being our Sunday starter or mid-relief guy so that sucks.

Think I read where we have like 16 freshman/JUCO transfers that are expected to contribute so there may be a lot of new players too. Van Horn joked that since we didn't go to a regional last year we got to scout the JUCO World Series and "That's where all the losers go to find players each year"

We should be a good fielding team and we will be OK at the plate. Our pitching is going to have to develop for us to have a chance to be a tournament team.
I look for that to happen. I look for Arkansas to get back to the Regionals this year.
We had qualified for 14 Regionals in a role until last year! We get back on track!

I'm interested to see what Wes Johnson does for them. He was a year or two after me in college. Was glad to see him break into the SEC last season with Miss. St. and will be following his progress at Arkansas.

Also, I'll be closely following the weather. Been a very mild winter. Will Razorback Baseball be hit with an early spring snow? How will this affect overall attendance?
