You are correct. They are begging people to take Arkansas. Most people's first inclination would be to take them. This line is one of those that makes you wonder what do they know that we don't.

Playing Gus is Arkansa's Super Bowl so definitely thought the line would be closer.

Well Arkansas just went through a gauntlet and Auburn is playing good ball and coming fresh off a bye week. Not too surprising really.

Yeah, that sounds legit. It sounds like too much $ is being put on Auburn and the house is trying to sway some $ to be bet on Arkansas to hedge the risk.
Frankly, this is going to be a great game. I love Auburn's defense, and I think they'll be a huge test for Arkansas. This will be a high scoring game, and anyone who thinks this this game is a gimme for either side is a fool.

Auburn is efficient running the ball and has a solid defense. Should be a slug fest.

This line would really be tempting if I actually bet on games. I'd at least pick Arkansas to cover and they may flat out win this game.
