yep, the lifecycle on this type of stuff is crazy short. It keeps shrinking too, the bigger the boom and acceptance by mainstream the higher the cliff is when it plummets like Wile E. Coyote.

LSU students were all about after it already died

the amount of people that showed up to do the LSU harlem shake was probably more than attend LSU basketball games

Arkansas supports the terrorists better than any other SEC school.

Don't worry, you'll get it when the media catches on. Commie fricks.

this was the fastest killed phenomenon I've ever seen...the only people still making them are companies that think it's cool but they missed the tiny window of opportunity

The funniest part to me is people saying how lame the videos are when they were the greatest thing ever just last week. You see the same people saying "OMG so last week bro."

Every time these fads happen I wonder:

1) Why do people just want to follow the same exact thing everyone else is doing. If 4.8 million people have already done it (funny or not), then you're just a number. If 4.8 million people backpacked Europe, then I still think you might get an experience from it. But when you're looking for your 15 minutes of fame based on a lame craze...

2) Where do people find time for this. I only find time to post here because I'm stuck behind a desk at least 12 hours a day.

3) If we're stopping the Harlem Shake, then can we stop using EPIC FAIL as well. Even ESPN is using it constantly. Russell Westbrook EPIC FAIL dunk attempt. As a professional company can't you be slightly above 14 year old retards on a message board?

4) Also fads that should die... posting a picture response to everything... especially u mad bro or anything with a glasses/deal with it combo. Honestly maybe the fad should stay and we should just find and kill anyone who does it to weed out the weak and stupid of society.
