Argument about Bama getting 2nd chances is stupid

LSU fans seem to think they won that game against Florida for some strange reason. I hate to break it to you, but you lost to a shitty Florida team.
So, if LSU, by some miracle, beats Bama this weekend, they will bitch heavily about Bama getting a second chance when (assuming this happens and they were to win out) they would have gotten in with a second chance too.
Same rules you guys make don't seem to apply to you too, do they?

They only bitch about second chances and mulligans because they fear playing Alabama again.
These teams know Alabama is legit amazing year in year out and know Alabama are a significant threat.
The playoffs are about getting the four best teams together, if Alabama wasn't consistently one of these they would want us to go get our asses beat instead of fearing we win it all again and again.

If you're a true championship program, you'll be prepared to beat that other team (Bama for LSU) at least 4 times out of 5.

I think that if LSU wins out and wins the SECCG and goes to the CFP, that's not some second chance thing that you want to make it out to be.
If LSU lost to Alabama, and got into the CFP without winning the SEC, THAT would be a second chance.

So, with your logic, you're saying that a loss to Florida would be a better loss than losing to eventual (in this case) #1 LSU on the road?

Not saying LSU wouldn't be deserving of a higher ranking than Bama should they win. Not sure that that's a good point to make in this discussion.

I get it. You're running out of time. You've realized you might need this. You need to start screaming for another mulligan early this year. You need to start rooting for Oklahoma, Michigan, Ohio State, Washington State, Notre Dame, and Clemson to start losing.
