Seriously though ... I feel sorry for their fans and their alumni. This is not their fault.
Mizzou is going to go down as an abject lesson in how not to handle millennial bullshite ... including the entitled student-athletes these days.
They are going to be lucky if this does not come close to destroying them.
They'll recover eventually - but the powers that be at that school need to get their priorities in order and decide if they are going to allow the incurable ward to run the insane asylum.
I'm sure every major institution in this country has taken note and pre-decided how they would/will deal with a similar situation.

Sad ... but so true.
And let's not paint with too broad of a stroke here ... it's not all blacks, African-Americans, whatever. It's a minority IMHO who are being driven by the radical left to pull stunts like the one we witnessed in CoMo. IMHO most African-Americans are very willing to assimilate ... but the squeaky wheel gets the grease so-to-speak.
IMHO it is far more about this entitled, radical left wing, millennial generation than it is African-Americans. This millennial generation was raised by TV and helicopter parents and subsequently brainwashed ... and it's going to be very difficult to deprogram them in the long run because all of the bullshite that has been stuffed into their heads is being reenforced by the radical so-called intellectual elites, (an oxymoron IMHO), once they enroll in classes on campus.

Leftists always praise Spike Lee's "Do The Right Thing" when its storyline was that an Italian restaurant didn't have "any black people pictures on its walls".
Because in a black neighborhood, Italians should be represented as black.

Well, actually, they tried it at SCAR within weeks of it happening at Mizzou and it was squashed within 48 hours ... plus, even with all the turmoil that was going-on within the football program at the time, our Athletic Department laid down the law in short order and it never became an issue. Matter of fact, from what I was told, only three players even hinted at wanting to get involved ... and two of them are no longer with the team. The third is still in limbo and did not participate in Spring drills.
Mizzou, no doubt, let it go too far. Their President/Chancellor and their football coach are both to be blamed ... but there are others too, I'm sure.
The MSM was complicit as well ... but I blame part of that on the Ferguson Effect, the spillover. CoMo was conveniently located to the heart of the problem.
Which is why Mizzou is so different than any other member institution in the SEC quite honestly.
