The reaction by SOME Auburn fans on here shows you a lot about the psyche of a very large portion of that fanbase. Obsessed with vilifying Alabama, just wanting love and attention, furious when others don't like them.

I would think there would be plenty of lsu fans and most of the arkansas fans (from this board) that would be supporting bama.

LSU fans were better behaved at Kyle than Auburn. That was fricking shocking.

I'm only going to apologize for some auburn fans being mean to you one more time. We'll be nicer to you next time...better?

I'm not confused and I know what most Ags I know have said. I'm sure there are a few that are rooting for Auburn, but they are probably the ones who haven't interacted with their fanbase.

3rd in your conference division...really doesn't matter. Then when you only do it once a decade pretty much like arkansas...you don't matter.

I don't care what the final rank is when you have no shot at a title.

Haha, there were absolutely no reports of bad AU behavior at Kyle.

Which barner stole your girlfriend? I know the competition for them is intense in College Station.

I had fun with LSU fans last year. They were way less evil than I had been led to believe. They mostly just wanted to party.

A&M fans have a lot more in common (aside from the crystal footballs) historically with UA than Auburn.

WTF does that even mean?????? Do you have irrational fans who go off the deep end when your team wins or loses? Do your fans feel entitled because of how your football team does? Does your fanbase go into hiding when the team has years where they struggle on the field? Is the vast majority of your fanbase people who never attended class at A&M? A&M never struck me as having that kind of fanbase, in all honesty.

That being said, I would root for Auburn over LSU.

or that people on message boards are dicks and are killing time until lunch.

But that doesn't do anything for your ego or allow you to try to diminish auburn.

I don't care who he roots for, i was just a bit shocked to see that an aggy is grouping himself inw ith bama based on history and a bad experience (i tend to think anyone who post here has thicker skin than that). It's a who are you rooting for thread, try not to make more of it than that.

I forgot about all the threads you guys made for eachother saying great game to try to piss the lsu fans off...thought that was an act.

I know you're trying to get AU people fired up, but you're correct that Auburn wants people to like them. The school and fanbase is widely known to be very hospitable, and when someone challenges that idea, AU people get crazy about it. Especially if you're comparing it to Bama, which is a totally different experience.

In reality, TAMU has probably only experienced the best Bama has to offer. Schools with more contact with the 85% understand how it is.

Our opinion is based off of only 2 years worth of close interactions, so maybe Auburn fans can not act like dickheads after a lucky win next time they're at A&M.

You're confused. Your program is dependent on a sugar daddy program . AU doesn't give a frick. We blaze our own trails.

if you get offended easily then no i doubt you'll ever meet an auburn fan you don't think is a dickhead.
