I grew up in GA as a Miss St fan, and yes, the UGA fans were really obnoxious. On this board normally, y'all are really good. It's slightly more obnoxious now, but tbh, you've earned the right to be obnoxious.
When State was #1 in 2014, we were probably really obnoxious, and rightfully so.

Most UGA fans are fine people. I married one BTW. But your outliers, your sidewalkers, your Walmarks redneck fans, the ones on the lunatic fringe, are the worst, craziest, most obnoxious people in the SEC. Y'all have no more or no less than the rest of us, but yours are on a different level. Closest I ever got to fighting in my own stadium was with one of your finest in 2007 in Saban's first year. Bama was 3-0 and ranked and looked like we were gaining momentum when UGA came to town and won a close one 26-23 behind Matt Stafford. Y'all won the game and as we were exiting, this one UGA redneck mother fricker just would not shut up. Kept on and on running his mouth to every Bama fan anywhere within earshot, and I finally said "You won the game, you don't have to show your arse!" So he gets all up in my face and wants to start some shite and I was ready to go when my UGA wife pulled me back and stopped me. That was pretty dumb on his part because if we had started, there was about 100 good ole boys on that ramp coming from the Bama section with us that would have gladly jumped in to get a piece of Mr. Loudmouth.

So you come to this conclusion off this one incident?
Since you're a Bama fan and we don't play each other every year,how many other Ga/Bama games have you been to?'08 and '16 were complete beatowns so I doubt any UGA fans had much to say.I was there in '12 and saw little if any antagonism from either fan base.Quite the opposite in fact.Both fan bases showed a pretty high degrees of respect before and after the game.

Ive only been to Athens a few times and I didn’t meet one bad or obnoxious fan. Athens is far and away my favorite away trip.
