Who called it an elite defense? Most Alabama fans were saying they'd be the second best defense we face all season. Don't know if you've noticed but our schedule isn't exactly loaded with defensive juggernauts.
They're pretty good and there's not really any objective argument otherwise.

Sure. If all the LSU fans, and there were PLENTY so don't say no one did, will now say TCU isn't a top 10 team.
Deal? Besides, you need to be worrying about tonight since this is the first team with a pulse you'll have played all season. If LSU wins a close one though I'm sure AU is a potential national champ team, right?
