That's because outside of one year from alabama we are the only team to accomplish it you moron. Of course you wouldn't be able to brag about something you haven't done in almost half a century.

So winning a regular season game is a moral comfort to you 4 years later but a team going undefeated is totally meaningless? You sound smart.

I'd rather go 13-1 and lose the national championship game against a team we had already beaten on the road, than go 12-2 and lose to an ACC team (yall embarrassed the SEC that night)

You embarrassed the game of football with your performance on 1/9.

This thread was great, thanks bfniii for being so stupid.

Aren't yall the team who gave out rings for being "undefeated" in regulation.

no, we gave out national championship rings. auburn gave out national championship rings for not winning a national championship

We have 9 national championships lil feller. 13 if we use bammmer math.

Either way we have 4 since 1980 we can claim, 3 of which are undefeated seasons.

Was LSUs last undefeated season 1958?

Juvenile is discounting undefeated seasons in the SEC.

are we ignoring the fact one of them was while auburn was on probation? you missed out on Florida in the SECCG and the Sugar Bowl assuming you won?

Auburn claims two national titles "lil feller," fewer than LSU

Talking 93? Yeah, we beat Florida that year on our way to another undefeated season.

I think LSU went undefeated about 50 something years ago too.

Fine. We could claim 5 since 1980 if we really wanted to I suppose.

Didn't LSU manage an undefeated season shortly after world war II?

AU was probably the best team that year too (1958).

I'd rather have a two loss national championship than an undefeated season without a national championship

Played two fewer games yet still had just as many wins.

Because we didn't lose any.

I think LSU managed to make it through a season with no losses too once upon a time.

In the 1950s.

no you couldn't, and regardless, you claim one and two all-time. congrats? LSU has more national titles, more SEC titles, more all-time wins, a better all-time winning percentage, more bowl wins, and more bowl appearances.
