I'm certainly not an FSU fan, but you're dead wrong about his playing if he's formally charged. FSU school rules totally restrict an athlete from competing while they are under felony charges...look it up.

That article told us nothing of value except that FSU policy states you can't play if charged with a felony.

He's not gonna play if he's charged. You heard it here first.

Football isn't as important to me as somebody's life. I just hope that IF he did it then he'll get the punishment. IF he didnt do it I hope he doesn't get punished. Even if I KNEW AU would play them, I'd rather AU Lose with Winston there as long as he was innocent. iF FSU loses ha use he was guilty then that's no excuse.

Gotta make sure it remains the most intense rivalry in football somehow.

I'd rather he be charged based on whether or not he committed a crime. If anyone hopes he's charged because it benefits the football team they like then they are a shitty human.

The Seminoles’ athletic policy manual reads: “In the event the student-athlete is charged with a felony, absent extraordinary circumstances as determined by the administration, he/she will not be permitted to represent FSU Athletics in game competition until such time as the charge is resolved and all court, university and athletics department conditions for reinstatement have been met.”

If the admin feels the charges are erroneous even after charges are levied, they could let him play, that is all I am saying.

If he's guilty, or there's enough evidence, then yes, I hope he gets charged.

No, I'm not hoping that for football reasons. Somethings are more important than a football game.

I hope he is charged if they have enough evidence. I hope he walks if they don't.

Football has nothing to do with my feelings about the case.

Just so FSU has a better chance at losing and their team has a better chance at at playing in the NC?

No, that is awful.
