Being 100% committed doesn't mean shite until that LOI faxes through. That goes for anybody. But State's coaches should have gotten up off their asses in January and made sure they did stay 100%

BTW we were in Jacksonsville, Fla for our Bowl game. While Nutt was working during the dead period. Props to Nutt!

You do realize that recruits can contact coaches during the dead period. Most coaches send recruits emails asking them to call. This is legal. I guess the recruits decided not to call MSU or Mullen did a terrible job of answering the calls or not even asking them to call. It all falls back on Mullen.

We had no trouble keeping our recruits while we were in Dallas those two years. Why couldn't Mullen while he was in Jacksonville?
