The typos in this are egregious. They got the numbers for Kentucky and us upside down.

So the formula they used is not just based on where you ended the season but how you were perceived before playing all your games.

Based on this and the two teams with the most AP titles not being #1 or #2 you would have to argue that Bama has been criminally underrated by the AP.
