bama shouldn't be ahead of A&M. Absolute bullshite.

Who do you think is the best team between the 2?

This early in the season there is not much difference in 4-1 and 5-0, plus Bama has earned the benefit of doubt over the past 7 years. Only once has Bama lost more than 1 regular season game. 12-0, 12-0, 9-3, 11-1,11-1, 11-1, 11-1. With 3 SECCG and BCSCG wins. Bama just dominated a top 10 Team.

Maybe the voters are doing what they should, rank whom they think is best, not just who has the best record at this early juncture. Is a 5-0 Iowa, Cal, Toledo team better than Bama?, should they automatically be ahead becuase they're undefeated?

U beat bama by less than 7 after Bama turned it over 5 times. You got exposed for what you are. A slightly above average teams. The vote is based on how good you pass the smell test. UGA and Ole mrs dont smell anything but a little over average at this point

Big 10 beat the SEC last year (Ohio St vs Bama)

Last season is last season. Everyone expected Ohio State to be world beaters based on how last season ended and they've looked crappy as all hell.

FSU 2013 was really great.
FSU 2014, not so much.

Things can change dramatically in one season.

So Clemson and ND play each other to the wire and Clemson jumps 6 spots and ND falls 9? So Clemson is either way better than they thought or ND is a lot worse than they thought. How can it be both when they played to the last second

ND is not good since losing their qb, voters have just been waiting for them to lose to make the correction

How in hell did Mississippi State get votes? I can't imagine even most Mississippi State fans think they deserve votes right now.
Our two losses are to two top 10 teams. Played both teams close. Last nights game was much closer than the score indicated. Untimely turnovers will do that.

Polls don't matter because only a conference champion will make the playoff. The polls are worthless.

Glad the polls don't mean shite anymore...although teh AP has literally counted as much as my own personal poll since 2004, which is to say not at all.

Correction: you got demolished against a team ranked #13 when you played them, and you have no wins against any team with a pulse to even justify being ranked in the top 25 at all. Beat any decent team and then let's talk about rankings. UGA looked horrible. I think Auburn will give you a good game and maybe even win.

You dropped 11 spots for getting buttfricked at home by a one loss team most view as one-dimensional and looked inept in doing so.

Exactly what is Bama's one dimension? Also, in typical aggy fashion, i see you don't value defense at all.

See, this type of thinking is the problem. Whatever happened to taking the results on the field and earning your way? Who gives a flying frick who the media things is the best team, you lose, you drop below undefeated teams period.

It is sick how a few teams always get the benefit of the doubt, but God-forbid a team who is not a darling loses or has a bad game. They get shite on.

Why don't we just not play any more games and just vote on who looks best? Play one game a year and vote the prettiest team as the champ to avoid those teams possibly making mistakes.

This shouldn't matter. When A&M loses to Ole Miss, then all will be even and voters can make that decision. Until then, it's just undo favoritism for Alabama. I do think Alabama is better, but you're basically saying that they should just make that decision before the games are played.

Toledo isn't in the SEC or even a P5 team, so you have to guess where they belong. But if Arkansas beats Alabama in Tuscaloosa this week, then you could argue that Toledo deserves to be ranked higher.

Not really. We should have buried you. Missed FG. Missed 4th & 1. Wasted trips into the red zone. Bogus targeting call that killed what was looking like a promising drive. Blatant back in the back on your long TD run. A&M looked like the better team all night.
