Young Sidewalker logic and rational thought here, you use not.

Really though, Bama has Saban, Auburn has Satan...I'm going to be cheering for them tomorrow though.

So what exactly does he do then?

He gives you inner strength to deal with problems you may have. You just gotta believe. And he works in mysterious ways. But its impossible for a person to fully explain what God actually does.

Bama sold their souls to the devil for Saban, but god is an Auburn fan.

Forreally....when you're hot, you're hot. shite goes our way sometimes.

I just believe God went a tit bit out of his way on this auburn season. And with the way some Bama fans have acted, I can't even be mad. When people put something like a sport so far above all other things in life, well, maybe it was time to slightly intervene.

Um, no. Sounds like someone important in the Auburn program has made an unholy deal with you-know-who: Saban..., I mean Satan.

Though God loves each and every one of us, I don't believe He gets involved in the outcomes of football games.

The preacher for the second largest church in the country, here in north Atlanta, as a joke on twitter said after the Ricardo Louis catch God must love Auburn.

Then after the Chris Davis return in the IB he said I told you... God loves Auburn.

Someone responded on twitter real classy from a preacher, according to John 3:16, I thought God loves everyone.

He responded Nope, just Auburn.

Someone else responded I hope you are kidding, you could make people believe God intervenes this way. Sad.

He responded. Were you watching?

I can tell you for a fact, people complained Monday morning.

The people complaining did not watch the games.

God loves everyone, no doubt. I think he did it to open peoples eyes. Not because he loves auburn more or any other school less.

Alright, let's tease this out. According to the bible, God seemed to like to take degenerates and nobodies and do extraordinary things with them.

Joseph was a slave, prisoner, etc, later ran Egypt as Pharoahs right hand man. Moses? Abandoned baby, rescued by Pharoahs daughter, killed a guy and ran, nothing Shepard for 40 years then bush on fire thing. Gideon. David, absolute diminutive nothing Shepard boy. Esther. Mary. Matthew the tax collector. Common theme.

So he takes a High School coach everyone passed over, gave him a big brain, a taste of the top as Auburn's OC in 2010 and then he left probably never to return. Marshall? DB kicked out of UGA, junior college, ridiculed as a passer in the past month. Ellis Johnson? Great DC but 0-12 as a HC and fired. Auburn as a team? National Champs to 3-9 and 0-8 in SEC play with horrific losses to rivals.

I don't think God's behind Auburn's crazy success and the crazy CBS ratingspalooza just cuz it's Auburn, maybe He just has a plan for Gus.

But Gus is Auburn right now. I like it.
