It's embarrassing seeing a top level SECteam lose to a middling ACC squad.

Les fort the most part is a good quality coach and he has the best public personality a coach can have. He represents your program well.

Having said all that he seems to have these complete brain farts at times. Surely that has to drive you Tiger fans insane.

The answer behind that's as plain as the nose on your face, your team is one of only two that played tonight so I would think even your coonassed small mind should be able to grasp the simple concept that rival fans would watch and comment on it.

Well put. But why does no one talk about the fact that he has had brain surgery. Just sayin. Guy had a chunk of his brain removed, had a brain cyst a few years back. I think it has something to do with times like these. Something up there is not right. ....and I am one of his biggest fans.

I'm a fan of Miles as well. I think he's great for college football. I wasn't aware about his health issues but that would explain the large part of his issues.

Please rush him to the hospital because what parts are left fail to work properly at crucial times.

This was a central topic in almost every discussion I had with friends during the game. No one can figure it out. It is is utterly inexplicable.

To see the talent and capability LSU has squandered by poor scheming and play calling is sickening.

What separates LSU and Alabama from others is the ability to scout and recruit elite talent. What separates LSU and Alabama from each other is not development of that talent, but the ability to utilize, scheme, and gameplan in a way that best exploits that talent.

That is my personal opinion.

This is the question that deserves an answer.

Second and 2 (I actually thought the short first down pass was a good call). No way LSU doesn't get the first and kill the clock with two handoffs.

Sometimes the simple answer is the right one, but going stupid happens to everyone sometimes. See Alabama (averaging over 6 ypc for the game) 1st and goal against aTm with under 2 minutes to go and suddenly turning into a spread team.

Yep we lost to an undefeated Utah team . Andre Smith and JPW were the only senior leaders on that years squad and losing Smith to a rules violation crippled our running game.

The majority of the talent on that years team came from the 08' signing class. After losing the SEC title game to eventual National Title winner Florida they lacked the leadership and maturity, despite multiple warnings from Saban and staff, that they'd better take the Ute's seriously if they planned to beat them.

So your comparison is lame. We were never in our game despite the warnings of our staff. You guys had never trailed in yours until Miles decided to sit on his redhot freshman tailback and instead ride the arm of his qb's anemic passing attack at a point in the game where all he needed was 1 or 2 first downs to cinch a victory.

To be honest I agree but I can say the same about Saban. Your studs were killing our d and he kept throwing the ball.

I already explained this one. It's the Kevin Sumlin Jedi Mind Trick. ("This isn't the play you're looking for" "You want to turn the ball over")

The only reason it didn't work on Miles is because he has no mind to trick.
