I do too.

When UF waxes LSU next year in the Swamp, the melt will be glorious.

You have a lot of faith in a guy who has shite the bed in the Army game, 8 yds and 2 picks, and Florida's spring game. Didn't he have 3 INTs in this first 4 throws in yalls spring game?

I get why Butters is looking at Brandon Harris.

I would think Dylan Moses is a bigger story than Franks this season.
Dylan isn't going to play over Rashann Evans, Mack Wilson, Ben Davis or Da'Shawn Hand. Dylan won't see the field on Defense this year. He'll be on special teams.

I bet Chris Allen sees more snaps than Dylan.

But, he likely would have started this year for LSU, as a freshman, wouldn't he?

This is good food for thought about the relative merits of LSU's defense next year, compared to a "rebuilding" Alabama defense.

I mean we beat you with a Purdue reject at QB. It's not like we need Joe Montana back there.

No he wouldn't have. He wouldn't have beat out Senior Donnie Alexander or Devin White at mike. He wouldn't have beat our Arden Key or K'Lavon Chaission (higher ranked OLB) at OLB.

You need to go watch Dylan's film. He's not a a mike, he's going to be an edge rusher. He gets lost and has very stiff hips. Also here's some food for thought- LSU landed the nations #1 OLB in K'Lavon Chaission and #1 ILB in Jacob Phillips. Thanks for the concern about our depth chart though.

This thread might make a little sense if Franks was the QB and the game was going to be played at LSU anytime soon, where LSU fans could actually razz him, but it's not.

So to ask a legit non-trolling question of Gators, who do you think starts? I heard several times that Franks was the future but is he good enough to unseat Del Rio any time soon? While I haven't seen much from Del Rio that makes me think he's all that Coach Mac seems to like him a lot.

Unless Franks has settled down I think it will be Trask, Unknown Cam.

Trask before Del Rio? That's interesting. I've heard a few positive things about him but it's been pretty limited.

Fair enough. I mean hell just last year I thought Appleby (sp?) was better but Mac seems to really like Del Rio. And of course, I haven't seen anything from Trask. Really, I think the whole Grier situation fricked the QB situation at UF.

Grier fricked over the plan for sure. Oh well, take short cuts, get caught, pay the price.

It was very selfish of him but thems the breaks.

Damn, I thought this was another Kaylee Hartung leaving and Laura Rutledge taking over thread...
