Things that concern me more than the beer in this picture:
1. The scarf
2. index finger ring
3. leather wristband
4. headphones in a club
5. taking a picture with a dude in the first place
6. that guy just looks like a major loser

In the end, the price of his scarf doesn't matter nearly as much as the fact that NCAA student athletes are prohibited from gambling while on scholarship. Not prohibited from gambling on sports, prohibited from gambling. That means don't go in a casino, much less flash a handful of cash for a pic you're going to tweet.
