If Bama was the best team in 2011, they wouldn't have lost the game of the century at home

Day Eight Of The Butt Hurt continues as Alabama fans continue with The Coping Process through psychological deflection, aware that they are only hours away from watching two other teams compete for a championship.

Hopefully by tomorrow they will be closer to ACCEPTANCE.
Of this we pray, Amen.

I just woke up from a nap after hunting this morning
Not all there yet...2011 still gets to me. Bama had no business being in that game. I know I know we lost bad, still gets to me though

In 2011, LSU went 13-1 and beat Alabama once. Alabama went 12-1 and beat LSU once.

Have a little humility.

Alabama was lucky to get another shot. I have no problem saying it. With that said, anyone who thinks LSU was better than Bama in 2011 is a lunatic.

Again....

13-1: Beat Alabama once
12-1: Beat LSU once

I don't think it takes a lunatic to look at those numbers and come to a different conclusion.

If Alabama was the best team in the country in 2011 they wouldn't have not only lost at home to a team that couldn't even score a touchdown, but they would've won their conference.

Also... while I acknowledge that Alabama ultimately won the game that mattered, their deservingness to be in that game will always be suspect. And not only to LSU fans.

Give me a second so I can do the math...

59-42
45-7
34-24

= Gump staying home
