Something to be said for having dominant OL, DL and wall-smashing RB's. Not to mention the occasional future all-pro WR. Most NFL teams don't have that combo. The few that do wind up in the Super Bowl more often than not.

Who besides Croyle played a significant amount of time in the NFL? Most were system QBs whose talents weren't going to take them far at the next level. JPW never played for Atlanta. McElroy couldn't throw a football past the LBers. Zow/Watts? AJ is the only one off the top of my head that given an opportunity to play might actually break the streak. The NFL is such a querky league. Jason Campbell looked serviceable at times in DC and other times you knew he didnt have a chance to succeed. JMO

Good point. Would be interesting to see how many QB's the NFL takes each year, and then cross ref that with how many actually become successful vs how many either never start a game, or end up like Campbell.

On October 7, in a regular season home game against the Jacksonville Jaguars, Huard was injured in the fourth quarter. Croyle threw 7 interceptions for the remainder of the game...
That's gotta be a typo right?
ETA: Has to be cus 4th quarter.
ETA2: Should be incompletions.

Read Brodie Croyle's NFL career history on Wikipedia. It's beyond sad.
Have you seen his wife?
Yeah, I don't feel bad for him.
