I never thought I'd say this after the last 10 years, but I think he's at a good place with the Raiders. Carr is a very good young QB and is only going to get better. With a struggling running game, they're going to pass a lot and Cooper will compete for rookie of the year

hopefully either they build a decent team around him or he just rides out the rookie contract then goes to green bay or somewhere with a chance.

He always has. Playing receiver comes easy to him. I bet when Cooper sees the field and defense, it's kinda like Neo in the Matrix. Coop sees binary code and everything is in bullet time.

That's what I love about Julio and Coop. All the star WRs are divas, but these two are completely likeable and humble.
Agree with the route running statement too. He's SOOOOOOO smooth and fluid.
