I think Alabama will beat Missouri but lose in the playoffs.

The main reason in inconsistency. When this Bama team plays its best it's the #1 team int he country, however almost every game they go to sleep for a quarter, a half, etc.

There have only been 1 or 2 games this entire year Bama has put together a complete game for 4 quarters on both sides of the ball.

In the playoffs that will get you beat.

But who knows, maybe they pull it together and play their best ball and win the whole thing.

This is a good Bama team, but not great. Not a knock just a testament to how good they have been recently. No one is giving mizzou a shot. They have no shot at playoffs and this pretty much is their Superbowl; would probably be the biggest win in school history

Their biggest game ever and we are not as great as past Bama teams. Sorry, not good enough to overcome a 14.5 line. No way Bama doesn't win #24 SEC Championship.

Bama has proved me wrong on several occassions in the past few years. When I think they will lose and tune in to watch, they some how pull it off and when I think there is no way they lose, they end up losing.

So I am not watching, they got it in the bag

It is possible after that emotional win, but I think this team has matured to the point where they will be mentally ready. It would not surprise me to see Oregon, FL State or Baylor lose this weekend either. Ohio State will have a tough time with Wisc. too. Could be total chaos after Saturday.

i wouldn't wish the food poisoning/stomach virus that I had on anyone. 2 straight days of no food, almost constant shitting and vomiting.

Ummm... Mizzou hasn't won an SEC Championship yet. On top of that, they are a good program and have been for the last 15 years. Bama is really good though, especially at home and I expect Atlanta to feel like a home game for Sims and company.

All true and correct. It will be like a home game for bama for one reason. 2.5 hr/200 miles for bama fans and 9.5 hr/600 miles for Mizzou fans. Logic makes it so.

Bama does play much better at home. I just do not know if Mizzou can keep up with Bama on the scoreboard. Mizzou looks like a stout defense, but it will be interesting to watch, especially since these two teams have rarely played.

Regular season game, yeah I think they would have a letdown and lose.

Seccg with everything on the line right in front of them and a month off after the game, I doubt it.

could happen, no doubt, but i would surmise that very very few teams play 4 quarters of excellent football.

Every fan base here is "hoping" Bama loses. It's what happens when you are on top.
