I like how the games went yesterday..a nice win for you got you all fat and full of yourselves whereas we got knocked off our high horse a bit.

Anyone not impressed with how LSU looked yesterday is FOS. I didnt like what I saw Bama definitely has its work cut out.

IMO the keys to a Bama win are twofold. One..take away Rueben Randle. I think we can slow your run down enough not to get beat by it but Randle is your gamebreaker we can't let him beat us.

Two..you will load the box to stop the run and our receivers and TE's must take advantage. This will be by far the best group of DB's they've faced short of practice I think our QB is good enough to get them the ball and that will loosen up things for TR if they can.

That's how I see it.

In other words, both teams are going to have to beat each other with the pass.

Not beat each other with it necessarily. Just loosen up the D enough to run. In Bama's case more so.

We will stack the box, but we will have two weeks to find a way to disrupt mccaron, chavis will have a solid plan in place for TR

I have been pleased with McCarron he will be better than what you have faced recently .We do have to keep the speed rushers off him but pass protection has been very good .

Crazy thing is this game could end being 12-9 either way.

By that I mean LSU wins 33-17

The real deal is, if Lee has time to pass bama does not win.

Lee doesn't bother me as much as Jefferson does.

Jefferson,as he did yesterday to Auburn hitting Randle, is more dangerous to Bama because he is a threat to run and might force us to play Randle man up.

The most rational post from a Bama fan. Thank you, I agree.

This is where we can win the game. The LSU secondary is far better than anything you have seen in the last few years. But if we can't and TR starts getting 4 man fronts, then you will win the game. It really is that simple.

The LSU secondary is no better than what we see in practice.

Randle is the key. He has become one of the best WRs in the league and is the one LSU WR that I think can burn Alabama's DBs. He is LSU's big play guy and when Alabama gives up scores it is almost always because of the big play, not sustained drives.

You must be watching a lot of LSU film in practice.

don't worry. Your corners look great against the deep ball lately.

Nope. We can definitely give our WR'S a look at what they are in for in practice. And your corners have given up a couple recently too.

What you want to avoid is the Smoky Badger having to take on TR with a full head of steam. Not good.

And bama's receivers are not nearly as good as what our defense see in practice.

They don't have to be. They have to be just good enough to back you off a little.

Gotten beat a couple of times, sure. Alabama easily has the the number 1 pass efficiency defense in the entire country though so the DBs are certainly doing something right.

You are right that the once a game big pass play is about the only way to score on Alabama.
