I think Fournette can get to No. 5 behind Jackson and Rhett.

#11 Cadillac Williams also shared the same field with Ronnie Brown that year in a split RB scheme under Tuberville.

Both were picked in the top 10 NFL draft at the end of the season.

Twas an amazing season in 2004.

Love these rushing stats by the way.

Feel free to go on. Too much history to fully appreciate these types of statistics.

I know this will sound incredibly stupid but here it goes. Do kids really look at stats like that and if lets just say for the hell of it Fournette does and thinks to himself I want to be or at least have a shot at being #1 on that list. Does he even remotely consider coming back for his senior year? I know, I know, stupid but just a thought!

I mean Peyton Manning did. I'm really drawing a blank on any other big time players that came back for their senior year.

What was it someone was saying yesterday, about Alabama's lack of 1000 yard rushers in the NFL?

#1 LSU RB of all time - Faulk
Yet 13 seasons in NFL - 0 1000 yard seasons

#2 Dalton Hilliard - 8 seasons, 1 1000 yard season (in the 80s no less)

#3 Charles Alexander - 7 seasons, 0 1000 yard performances

3 greatest LSU RBs, 1 1000 yard season in 28

Shaun Alexander:
9 seasons, 5 1000 yard seasons, plus an MVP

LSU - RB Bust U?

Bama is the only SEC team to have won an SEC title in every decade since the conference was founded

Alexander won 1 rushing title the year he was MVP and would've had another if Holmgren wasn't such a prick. Missed it by less than 10 yds.

Lacy had over 1,000 his first two years.

Ingram had one year with 964 yds. He doesn't get enough carries and catches a lot of passes.

Humphrey had over 1,000 his first two years.
