LSU really doesn't haven't any players with that great of shot I don't think. We don't have many freshmen looking at getting enough playing time.

That's the better problem to have.

You think Jones will end up at DT before all is said and done? He appears to have the frame of a lineman.

I'm expecting Tony Conner to beat out Mike Hilton and Brishen Matthews a.k.a pot smoking Jesus out at the husky position.

It is a possibility. Supposedly he still moves well with the added weight. I would like to see him shed about 20 lbs though. He will do well regardless of what position he ends up playing.

No doubt, he'll be a good one. It'll be interesting to see how his career shakes out, and where he ends up position-wise.

We have legitimate candidates at wide receiver
WR MarQuez North 6'4, 215
WR Paul Harris 6'4, 200
WR Jason Croom 6'5, 223 (rFr)

The beginning of the next batch of VOLS WR fap threads.

It is definitely a possibility, especially if he continues to grow. If memory serves correct he weighed in in the AL-MS All-Star game at 250, and he's weighed in at 300+ now, so I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of that weight gain is because of no longer playing basketball/simply not being active. I wouldn't be surprised if we could shed at least 20 lbs, but at this point I wouldn't be surprised if he gained another 20 either.
