LSU's freshman pitcher has thrown around 500 pitches this weekend. Arizona has just seen her too many times at this point

That may have been the coffin nail for the mercy rule.

It's amazing she's only a freshman though and you guys already have found your Ace.

If they had been in Waco instead, LSU is probably advancing.

Yeah check that article I posted a few pages back. We signed the best pitcher out of California, and she looks very imposing. She and corbello will be great. This is also statistically LSU's best hitting team ever, and we get our 6-7 hitters back with a top 5 class. We'll be really good next season

I agree, grits. LSU got a pretty horrible draw considering out wins and having the #1 strength of schedule. The committee has screwed us in the past too

Well, shite. She threw slightly under 500 pitches this weekend, wasn't much we could do. Allegedly our #2 got caught cheating on a test, so we were without her unfortunately

Whatever Czechner did, her eligibility is up.

It'll be an addition by subtraction with the pitcher we have coming in

Walljasper is the real deal, I think shell be just as good or better than Corbello next year. Next years team will be better offensively which is scary

Not sure if true, but I heard she throws in high 60's and can hit like the Ricketts girl from Oklahoma last year.

If true then we gon be good

Just judging by the hype surrounding her recruitment, size (6'2"), and reputation, I think she's going to walk in and be our ace

6 teams died this weekend
South Carolina - Bulls killed them and Bulls were killed by Free Shoes U
Mississippi State - 2 close games with Texas fell just short late
Auburn - went above and beyond but fell short 450+ pitches from 1 person has limits
LSU - Similar to Auburn, but fell short at the end
TAMU - Oklahoma was their Waterloo
MU - Should have saved some KU hate for Children of the Corn

5 teams still alive for next week
Florida went 3-0 including 2 mercy kills
Tennessee went 3-0 including 2 mercy kills
Alabama went 3-0 including 1 mercy kill
Kentucky went 3-1 including 1 mercy kill
Georgia went 4-1 including 2 mercy kills

ok, you can't just MAKE UP schools.

Actually, SIU Edwardsville is a nice place. I have a friend who is a professor there. It's so close to St. Louis it's almost a suburb, but across the line in Illinois. Not a bad place.
