Tennessee's "spread" offense scored 14 points bruh. How is that having difficulty shutting down? A&M's "spread" offense scored 16 points (Bama's D outscored A&M's "spread" offense). As for Ole Miss, they scored a shite ton of points, but 24 of those points came on a total of 77 yards of offense due to turnovers and another 7 points came on what can only be described as a fluky play in which the ball thrown prayerfully literally bounced off a defenders helmet into a WR's hands. MSU's "spread" offense scored a total of 20 on Bama last year (with the final 7 of that 20 coming with 15 seconds left in the game). This narrative that Bama "struggles" against the spread isn't quite as spot on as people want to believe if they really examine it closely.

Shhhh.....Let 'em have their fun dude.

You should know by now how good it feels when those Bama buys prove the critics wrong. Bama went 70+ games as the favorite, then they put Bama as the underdog in the UGA game and what happened? There was no way Bama could stop the Buga train that was coming to t'town and what happened? Saban would never be able to recruit at the level he did at LSU and what happened? Saban never stays any place longer than 5 years and what happened? Saban would never be able to win at the level he won at LSU....and what happened?
