Top 25 is a totally arbitrary cut-off and you know that.
Playing 2 fringe Top 25 teams and a bunch of soup cans is not equivalent to playing 9 top 40 teams

Using CBS Sports Draft thing
Dak Prescott - Projected 3rd Round Pick 2016
Brandon Allen - Projected 7th Round Pick 2016
Chad Kelly rated #6/8 QB 2017 by CBS and NFL Draft Scout so that would put him at about a 4th - 7th round pick and his stock should continue to rise.
Josh Dobbs rated #5 for 2017 by CBS and NFL Draft Scout. Another 4th-7th round pick at QB.
At least 4 QBs that will be drafted in the NFL. If not drafted, at the least Allen will sign a Free Agent deal and make a practice squad.
Alabama played 9 power 5 opponents. All had .500 or better records. 7 had 8 or 9 wins. The average score was 32-17.
Find the last team in the history of college football to play that many .500 or better teams with that many 8+ win teams that outscored them by an average of 15. I'll bet its been a while if its happened.

All of those offenses are better than SEC offenses. Alabama has beaten 1 team whose offense is in the top 30 in points per game. That team lost to Toledo.

Lol you guys truly are fricking delusional.
The SEC is down, if you can't see that you have something wrong.
I want you to tell me what NFL QB the Sooners have faced this year.
Go ahead I'll wait.

What's your point anyways? We're getting into the playoffs with a win Saturday over Gata. You cant change that. We'll find out soon enough if we deserved it. You should accept the huge consensus of knowledgeable cfb analysts throughout the country disagree with you.

No I'm telling you Michigan State's resume is better (2 wins vs top 25). Oklahoma has 3 wins over teams currently in the top 25. Alabama has 1
There's no way you're serious.
How many teams has MSU beaten that have won at least 8 games?
How about Oklahoma?
TIA.

If you do research, you will those offenses have not missed a beat. 4 teams OU has beat are in the top 15 in ppg. Again the only team in the top 30 in ppg alabama has beaten is Arkansas and they really didn't start to click until later.
My point is that you guys seem to be over confident. The SEC sucks this year and to think ya'll are going to just coast to a national championship is absurd.

Except if you remove the season low in points by MSU vs. Bama, and the season low by Tennessee vs. Alabama, both those teams jump into the top 30.

Alabama played 10 bowl eligible teams and one in the FCS playoffs.
Clemson played 6 bowl eligible teams FYI, Iowa 4

We play in a shitty conference. The rest of you guys need to pick yourself up, you are making us look bad.
Its all about the signature wins this year, therefore the playoff teams should be...
1.Texas
2.Ole Miss
3.Northwestern
4.Nebraska
Those teams have the best signature win and deserve to go.

So...so those rumors about Bama playing in the NFC South this season were untrue? My mind is blown. Then stroked and blown again.

Ah so it isn't a fact that TCU went from 46.7 PPG with Boykin to 26.7 PPG with Boykin injured?
And it isn't true that Baylor went from 53.5 PPG with Russell to 32.75 PPG without him?
Without their QBs, those schools are garbage. They were already overhyped garbage because they were beating up on teams like SMU every week, they were even more garbage without their senior QBs. Luckily for Oklahoma, they happened to face the backup for each and every major school in the Big12.

Aggie, Arkansas, Auburn, MSU, are probably 4th-5th at best in the big 10, and same situation in the Big 12.
Those aren't exactly great wins.

I love how you think 8 wins is some magical number that shows Bama's superiority.
The fact is A) LSU is an 8 win team (if you're really proud of that win..?)
B) Texas A&M (May God help you if you are proud of that win)
C) Ole Miss (You lost to them)
D) Mississippi State (Once again, pat yourself on the back)
E) Georgia (non-existent offense; couldn't pass the ball to save their life)
F) Tennessee (solid team; took y'all four quarters to beat them)
Those are just the facts. None of those teams are worth a damn (including a Les Miles coached LSU team). You know it. I know it. So stop acting like you're world beaters. This is the same shite we heard last year leading up to Ohio State

Had nothing to do with playing tough games down the stretch though. Amirite? Roll Tide baw.

What Bama fan said we are going to coast to a national championship? Let me guess you have "sources".

UGA still had Chubb. If you don't think losing your Heisman candidate running back hurts your season and your offensive output, then you're not paying attention
