False. My point was to show how Bama is literally a couple of plays one way or the other away from playing for(and winning, since we don't lose NC games, unlike LSU) every single year now. This is a golden era for us, and we need to enjoy and appreciate it. That's my point.

False. We beat LSU by 9 points that year. INT's don't count for 9 points, or any points for that matter. Beat LSU by two scores in 2009.

Who said anything about the past 12 years? We are talking about the last 4 years. 48-6, two BCS Titles, an SEC title and a Heisman Trophy, not to mention four #1 ranked recruiting classes. The golden era has begun, it has not ended.

We finished the season ranked #10 nationally. What other SEC teams outside of AU finished ahead of us?
And in case you missed the Capital One bowl that year against the B1G co-champs, Bama wasn't losing to anyone that day. Oregon would have longed for the close game they played with AU.
