My point was that they have more recent success(recent as in last year and this year) to warrant a better chance at the SECCG. I don't see why not pick Bama to get there this year.
If you don't like it, beat em on the field. No sense in bitching about gurus not calling your name. You aren't in the drivers seat right now. It's Bama's to lose.

I could give a rat's arse what the ESPN talking heads are predicting. If LSU takes care of business, they are in. The same can be said for Bama. They are the only 2 SEC West teams that control their own destinies as far as the SECCG is concerned.

They won 12 games last year in the regular season. Something LSU didn't do.
