Prayers for the family's loss.

From an email I received earlier today:

"Mark made the decision to join the military after the events of 9/11. He first served a two-year full-time mission for his church in California, earned a degree from the University of Alabama in Finance, then enlisted in the military as a non-commissioned officer, even though with his degree, he could have entered as an officer. It was important to Mark that he start at the bottom and work his way up."

Mother fricker, this sucks. I just love how I hear about this on TD.com but Lindsay Lohans DUI is breaking news. My heart and prayers go out to his family. I am proud of this true American for going out fighting like a champion.

God bless this gentleman for what he has done for all of us and his country. He made the ultimate sacrifice for all of us and we should all be thankful to have fine young soldiers like this making sure day to day, that we can still live as we all have lived.

Someone should get that picture to the University admins & a moment of silence should accompany the projection of the image on the jumbo screens..
