The host country may have asked Coach Pearl to play them. I’m sure it is a good experience both ways- for Israeli basketball and Auburn.

As far as historical and cultural relevance, Israel is second to none. Western Civilization is based on Judeo Christian faiths. Whether people wish to admit it or not, it is true none the less.

I like the 100+ in offensive output--even if it was a friendly game.

And if YOU wanted to sound less stupid , you might want to realize that this is the first time top 10 NBA draft pick Deni Avdija has been playing with their National team in a couple years. They will rank much higher after the upcoming FIBA World Cup

And they’re still not that far behind China as it is

Alabama will be challenged on this trip more than what Auburn was challenged in Israel. Other than going to see the historic religious sites in the Holy Land, why did Bruce want to schedule games in Israel?

Auburn played Israel’s A team today while Bama played Spain’s D team.

Top 4 SEC finish, top 4 seed in the NCAA Tournament.

Always will be. We hope to make a few more and should definitely be better defensively, which were our 2 biggest issues last year.

We'll see. Deep team, lots of new pieces.

Looks pretty decent with the incoming talent this year, and they seem to be meshing well so far.

Yeah, they're still basically a 5-out drive and space offense, but on the Alabama board we've been noticing some of the young guys hitting some mid-range shots in scrimmages.

Not sure if this will be more "allowed" this season, but there will certainly be a plethora of 3's taken.
