You might be right about that last part. But that's a completely different formula.

LSU's success in the power running game coupled with Mett's outstanding performance forced us to deal with the most balanced offense we've seen to date. Alabama is built to force you abandon one aspect and focus on the other, where we can scheme to it. If you can do both well (not many college teams can), it's tough for us.

Your rushing success is based on spreading the defense and utilizing mismatches. I don't think that will work - you do - so we'll see. But that's a very different approach than what worked for LSU last night.

Bama can lose to tamu. Our offense better be ready cause the will score 20+ on us.

Are these a&m fans trolling are do they seriously believe jf will do good? Do you realize how hard alabama practice is gonna be after that game against LSU? Saban demands discipline, and his defense didn't have it, they are going to blank a&m. Saban will command them to destroy a&m.

If A&M can borrow LSU's running game and defense, Johnny would cause us serious problems.

Do you mean if A&M could borrow LSU's lower ranked running game?

Is that what you're saying?

This is the argument?

Bama's gonna practice extra hard for us, therefore you're on notice...

Just turrible.

You obviously don't get how bamas defense works. Y'all running backs need to get yards running, not your qb. Bama will leave 4 linebackers that are all just as big as a&ms Oline and much faster. They will sit, and wait. Bamas dline is going to sit and leave no space in the tackles, jf is gonna have to make some big throws if a&m wants a shot. He's gonna have to play pitch perfect. Realistically, I think bama will win 41-17

Bama will focus on shutting down our running game and forcing the RS Fish to beat them. Is Bama mostly a man coverage team?

Regardless, this is a very intriguing matchup to me. Its kind of like the traditional style of football vs the new age.

I know Saban has been saying that he does not like the up tempo offenses that many teams run these days. If A&M can get into an offensive rhythm against Bama, then you won't be able to substitute unless there is an injury or cramps. Pumped about the game

I take that you have not watched the A&M running game the last 3-4 games. We have good backs, nothing to worry about.

Did you watch the a&m LSU game? Im pretty sure a&m did not run for jack shite. I know for a fact that Saban is watching what LSUs defense did in the 2nd half and jizzing all over himself bc he knows his team is capable of containing opponents like that perfectly.

If Mett threw for 298 against Alabama's horrendous secondary, Johnny will rack up close to 800 yards of offense by himself.
If La Tech can put up 57 on A&M's Defense then no telling what Bama will put up.

La Tech's defense is ranked 121 out of a total of 124 teams.

Bama's defense is ranked #2 behind FSU which you could say Bama is basically #1 if you look at what conference FSU plays in.

La Tech's offense is ranked #3 in the nation but you look at the conference they play in and that stat is inflated.

JFF will score his points but not as many as A&M fans think he will and Bama'a offense will be more than A&M can handle.

I look for Bama to control this game and keep JFF of the field by running the ball "A LOT".

My prediction is 31-17,35-21 and IMO the line will be somewhere at 14.5

If higher ranking always means better, than Bama already won this one, right? Let's just move on to the next week.

A&M is not deep enough to beat Alabama. First one to 24 wins.

I had zero hope until I saw you guys make Mett look good passing. Now I have a 10% hope.

Alabama defense only goes against an average of 55 plays a game. Lsu had over 80 plays and it showed on the Alabama defense. A&M ran 97 plays yesterday. If they can get over 70 plays I think those giant Alabama defenders will drop. Can not do that two weeks in a row when you are not use to it.

Alabama 27 A&M 21. Can not wait to get there.
