We have a brutal stretch in October and could very well have 3 losses. I guess that's why we watch the games!

Yes, he could have a bad fall camp or show signs of poor decision making/ball security. He could also be injured.

i've watched all the replays from FSU where he was playing, and the spring game, and he's got a strong arm it seems like.. and he can run pretty well.

I'm just surprised that saban didn't have a QB lined up behind AJ like he has had in years past.

Bama will need Coker to do a lot more than just hand the ball off to beat AU this year.

12-0 Regular Season

Post season - don't know who we're playing yet, but I like our chances at 15-0.

I would agree in years past, but this Oline is probably going to struggle more than any other line $aban has coached while at Bama. They will not be able to just line up and run the ball.

O-Line was lackluster at best last year as well

A&M will beat Bama again. They're undefeated in the renovated BDS.

Huh. I am expecting it to be significantly better than last year.

11-1 or 10-2 most likely

However, the Lane Kiffin and Jake Coker factors may be colossal failures resulting in a loss or two to teams Alabama should beat. I don't think that happens, but it is certainly conceivable.

Vegas has the over/under at 10.5 wins which I think it pretty fair. We are also favored in every game which is also pretty fair with the exception of Auburn which I think should be a pick'em.

So losing AJ is no big deal?

I think this will be a bit of a down year for the West. Auburn slips back to earth with 3 or 4 losses. Same for LSU. The Mississippis will piss on their golden opportunities to win in the west. I could see Bama with 2 losses and making the SECCG but the South Carolina finally breaks through to win it for the East.

I don't know that it will be down per se, but I think it will be more open and competitive. LSU and Bama have more questions marks than usual and the Mississippi schools appear to be better than usual. I agree that the winner of the West could easily have 2 losses.

I just really don't give a damn about all the preseason predictions. There's so many unknowns in the SEC now. How will Coker do under Kiffins offense? Can LSU play consistent with whoever wins the QB battle? Can Florida rebound? Georgia? IMO, you can't form a solid opinion until we see a few games from everyone.
