Not unless Mac Jones gets hurt or turns the ball over a lot. He's better than people, especially Alabama fans, think.

He's very good in the pocket, I like it. Combined with Najee Harris coming back, it's a good combo.

Mac Jones Highlights

Hopefully he makes good decisions, that will be the biggest thing. If he has games like he did against Auburn last year, he'll get the chain quick.

Jones is a solid QB. Harris makes me nervous and I wish he would have declared for the draft. I think 2020 Bama will be more of a traditional Bama team than it was with Tua and a half dozen superstar receivers.

We win if we can keep our offensive production. If it is a trench battle we are in for a long night. I'm ready for the Bama game already

He is statistically the best returning QB in the SEC

You're either trolling or one of the dumbest posters here... THAT KID WILL BE A MONSTER and is going to SHRED defenses!! BOOKMARK THIS..

Of course not!

Only a bad injury will allow B. Young to gather significant playing time.

Where do you come up with this stuff?

Macknife will be among the best to play qb in 2020. If not the best!

You're right, and I get it... but...

The first pick 6 against AU was a shitty throw, as in throw it away and live another day.

The second was some of the voodoo bullshite that happens only in JH... I mean who in the world can imagine a tipped pass for a TD followed by the kick 6... in the same season... WTF???

I have friends tell me God loves Auburn... I tell them it's more like satan... you know... wins some of the battles but ultimately loses the war

No. It’s Jones’ team. He will so good but I wouldn’t be surprised to see Bruce challenging hard for the job mid-season. Young is going to be a very good one.

He played very well here in Jacksonville, was on several schools radar and still chose Alabama even with Tua coming in... wasn't skeered of competition, the moment wasn't too big for him when he was pushed into the spotlight. We've won championships with QBs who were less capable.

If by voodoo you mean Sark being a dumbass and calling a pass play on the goal-line, then I agree.

But yeah, it was a crazy type play that seems to be the norm in JH. Still don't know why Sark called it though.

That’s not saying much but I guess at least he has the most pick 6s
